Korn Brause and Korn ahoi[edit]

These are not german terms for corn schnapps with woodruff but for corn schnapps with sherbet powder, which may be of any flavour (Ahoi is a popular brand of sherbet). Woodruf flavoured schnapps is simply called "Waldmeisterlikör (woodruf liqueur)" or sometimes "Grashüpfer (grasshopper)" (a popular brand of Waldmeisterlikör). Ban of Galium odoratum in Germany[edit]

Galium odoratum is not banned in Germany. There is just an upper limit for the Coumarin-level in industrially produced foods. However, usage of pure coumarin as an ingredient is forbidden. Tarhun[edit]
