I will have to disagree with the statements below, i lived in Galva the first twenty years of my life and to me it is an accurate read. I've been back there a handfull of times in the past ten years and not much has changed.

I agree as well. I live near Galva. Other than the statistical data present in the article it is a commercial. The statements in the beginning are misleading and ,in my experience, not factual.
