Proposed merge with Penn National Gaming[edit]

It's not a subsidiary, it's a completely independent company that was spun off from Penn National in November, so a merge would be senseless. It is notable per WP:LISTED. Toohool (talk) 17:20, 7 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
