Scenic Spots Section

I deleted the entire Scenic Spots section of the article due to the fact that two out of the three spots described were incomprehensible to the point where even with a decent bit of googling I still have no a clue what they were referring to. As for the other spot, it Hua Linsai, the city's tallest mountain, which mentioned in the Geography section and therefore redundant to include in the Scenic Spots section. If you have information about Hao Helou or Da Guanlou, or are willing to quite a substantial amount of probably Chinese language research (I do not speak Chinese), feel free to add them back into the article as I am sure they are interesting and probably worthy of inclusion.
