Garba is a dance that takes place in India but mostly in Gujarat. Garba usually happens during Navaratri. Navaratri is a nine day festival in Gujarat. During these nine days they worship the nine forms of Shakti (power, energy. The nine forms of Shakti are Durga Mata, Bhadrakali, Amba or Jagadamba, Annapurna, Sarvamangala, Bhairavi, Chandika or Chandi, Lalita, and Bhavani.
