Thank you for your interest in Wikipedia. I have deleted the photograph since it carries no license. Please upload again with a suitable license. POV deleted - these need to be sourced. Editing style[edit]

I have restructured the entry under headings. As you will see, the first paragraph should explain why the person is notable.

Please add place and DoB to 'Early years'.

'Career' needs some editing and structuring; rather long and disjointed at the moment.

I have reduced the photograph thumbnail - it was overwhelming the entry.

I have removed Serco from 'External links' since it is linked (correctly) from the article body. Either is fine but not both. BlueValour 19:15, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
