Credits[edit]

I have a copy of the movie and modified the credits in the article so that the article reflects the opening credit order of the starring cast and their character names as shown in the end credits. See [1]. The first four names in the credits are shown individually, the remaining credits are shown two at a time. I am using that to mean that the first four credits are the principal starring cast and the rest are co-starring. The first four names are listed in the infobox as starring.

Originally some of the character names shown in the article were derived from character names used in the book the movie was adapted from. The movie is, however, a separate creative work that, although it is based on the novel by Robin Palmer, it is created from a screenplay/script written by Elizabeth Hackett and Hilary Galanoy. There is no obligation for a screenplay to remain faithful to the book and they seldom are. Therefore what the book says is not relevant to and can't add or modify in any way information in the article that is based on what is actually shown on the movie. The movie itself is the primary source reference as to the contents of the movie. --Geraldo Perez (talk) 03:15, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Originally the name of a extra (someone in the movie who is not listed anywhere in the beginning and end credits) was included in the cast list [2] and an editor is insisting on adding it back. Even with the reference minor cast and crew don't belong in the article. There are lots of actors listed in the end credits not listed in this article as the roles are minor, extras are even more so minor. --Geraldo Perez (talk) 02:01, 28 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

As of today the IMDb credits for this movie have been corrupted showing bogus character names and credited order. IMDb is a convenience source for credits, the movie credits themselves is the verifiable reliable source. The presumption is that the people who update IMDb have copied the information from the movie credits in good faith. Sometimes that good faith presumption is shown to be wrong. Missing information = inconsistency = Trouble[edit]

The Plot section is missing a lot of information. For instance, it doesn't mention Amy 'til the last third of the section. Plus, too many events are missing. If you begin to wonder why the rewrite and expand sections are there, now you know. -017Bluefield (talk) 06:31, 31 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
