Tone is suggestive that the article is written primarily by adherents. Please pay particularly close attention to tone and perspective bias in editing.

July 2022 edits to article[edit]

Substantial edits were made to the article on 11 July. Generally they are said to involve organization into sections and shifts to NPOV. I appreciate NPOV, but, in a number of cases the description also changes from accurate to inaccurate. Example: Before the edit, the article denied that New Church is Monarchianist. The revision says that it is Monarchianist. I believe that the original version is correct. Further, I question the NPOV of some of the edits. The classification was changed from "Other Christian" to "Christian Heterodoxy." As New Church people do not regard themselves as "heterodox," the edit seems to abandon NPOV.
