Hi Ennis Architect! It’s so awesome that you developed this article from scratch with such extensive research. It’s clear that you are very passionate about the topic of gentrification and have a lot of expertise. The main thing to work on is making sure you are not making your own argument, but rather providing an overview of the main perspectives that exist. Your “Existing and proposed solutions” section especially could be made more neutral. I also think you could divide up the history section into smaller subsections so that it is easier to follow. If you want, the “Urban development” section could be moved under the history section too! Lastly, you should look through your article to see where you can change passive voice to active voice and also break up long sentences that contain a lot of commas. Good luck with your future work!
