Is Coe meeting our notability guidelines[edit]

The fact that at first glance p. 87 seems to be the first and only reference to Coe in A City Transformed, a book on Lancaster from 1940-1980, makes me wonder if he passes notability guidelines. It may just be that other references did not pair with mayor, so a deeper read of the book may find more references.John Pack Lambert (talk) 14:10, 5 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
