According to a death notice in The Cornishman, 22 May 1879 (page 5) there would seen to be another son.

Gough – Recently at Lower Tugela, South Africa, the Hon H R A Gough, late of the Coldstream Guards, youngest son of Viscount Gough, aged 23 years.
