Reelection?[edit]

I've read that Florida Governor Crist is running for the Republican nomination for Senate. Did LeMieux announce he was not running for a new term? If so, the article should say so. If not, the article should tell us what's going on. —75.5.0.199 (talk) 01:27, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Senator LeMieux announced that he would not run for election when he was appointed to the seat by Crist. He held to that statement. Since the primary was held today (August 24), he obviously will not be a candidate. Horologium (talk) 02:33, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
