"Landerziehungsheim" is used slightly more to introduce the concept, but it's almost always translated for a Western audience for discussion about the movement ("Landerziehungsheim movement") rather than an individual school (just "Landerziehungsheim") itself, per the sources. Sources often call it the "country boarding school movement" but "German country" is easily confusable (i.e., the country of Germany or the German countryside?) I wager "rural" is a clearer synonym/translation than the longer "countryside". czar 02:53, 30 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
