As of 2011, I cannot find any articles anywhere on the web referencing the Gigapxl project or "Portrait of America" with information more recent than 2007. The Gigapxl.org website still exists, but has not been updated since August 2007. For such a significant and years-long undertaking, I am surprised that all further information stopped so suddenly and completely- does anyone know more? Did inventor Graham Flint, his wife Catherine Aves, and collaborator Michael Jones all disappear in fall 2007? Bealevideo (talk) 00:30, 19 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Are there any archives of the pictures? It seems that something that was supposed to be an archive could disappear without a trace. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.27.211.119 (talk) 13:00, 15 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
