Moving[edit]

I suggest moving this page to Gilthas, as it is the most common name of this character. -- ReyBrujo 02:59, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I would agree. Done. ddcc 03:53, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

tense[edit]

Shouldn't this article be in past tense? Randfan 02:53, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

According to the fictional guidelines, articles about fictional events should be narrated in present. -- ReyBrujo 03:33, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yup. A lot of the stuff I originally wrote was in past tense, it's something I really should fix up...one of these days. DoomsDay349 03:41, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. It's just that in the books (that I've read) it's in past. So I figured the article should be in past, too. —Randfan!! 15:49, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Just want to put my two cents in here. I understand that the Wikipedia has rules, and blah blah. The current timeline, as set down by the Solamnia Trilogy is 427 AC on Krynn. Techinically speaking, the new elven series, and even MW's new trilogy are in the past even though they are new books. Oh, and don't forget Gilthas information from KoD, SoS, and PoC (which is out now).--Kranar drogin 16:31, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
To Kranar; yeah, I understand that. DL time always has me confused. Also, I advise not to use abbreviations like KoD and whatnot, an explanation of those would be nice. But anyway, Wikipedia policy says all fictional articles should be in present tense, as everything is currently happening, technically. DoomsDay349 16:33, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, Key of Destiny, Spectre of Sorrow, and Price of Courage. When talking, I am used to the boards where it gets tiring always having to write out the names. Oh, and those books are references for Gilthanas, my bad. Posting my own articles and reading when you all wrote, get confused sometimes. ;) --Kranar drogin 17:25, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Understandable :). I like to use abbreviations sometimes as well, but it's hard to remember I'm on Wikipedia, not the boards. DoomsDay349 18:18, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
