There are -at least, two different pressings of this album. Both of them include the songs in the same order, but four of them are different mixes in the second pressing:

Track 2. Baby Don't Forget My Number (4:16 vs 6:28): The second pressing (6:28 version) contains samples of Laid Back's "White Horse".

Track 3. More Than You'll Ever Know (4:32 vs 4:00): The second pressing (4:00 version) has a different middle, more overdubs and a cold ending.

Track 5. Take It As It Comes (4:15 vs 3:41): The second pressing (3:41) has new lyrics in the second verse.

Track 9. I'm Gonna Miss You (4:24 vs 3:57): The second pressing (3:57) is an edited version.

These four different versions are in turn different from the European release of this album (1989), and also different from the original European album (1988).

The album was only 7 weeks at No.1[edit]

Girl You Know It's True was only 7 weeks at No.1 (and not 8). On the Dec. 30 1989 Phil Collins' ...But Seriously was No.1. The last week when Girl You Know It's True was No.1 was the Jan. 13 1990. In the printed paper of the Billboard magazine (page 74) from Jan 13 1990 it is written that it was the 7th week at No.1 for Girl You Know It's True:

Release date for Girl You Know It's True?[edit]

Here it's written June but on the page about the single itself it's written November. What is right? 2A00:801:7B9:4BC6:4B71:CD0D:FDC3:AB81 (talk) 15:37, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
