origin of name[edit]

The section on the name's origin misses out the fact that the Welsh (Celtic) name of the river Dore is Afon Aur ['Gold(en) river'] - so it literally is 'the Golden Valley' Gavstero (talk) 11:39, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
