This page is not unambiguously promotional, because (1) there is no tone of advertisement as the nominator sensed- e.g. even the link to the official website is not provided, if you have noted (2) it is purely written with historic context of maoist insurgency (3) any information on manufacture is provided purely as a pointer to the other researchers, (4) it passes WP:GNG for products, as it is covered not only be local Nepali media, but also by reputed international media and researchers(check the references). --nirmal (talk) 11:20, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
