accidental? perhaps you mean interim. I know the Generalitat says Politica Territorial should be "Town and Country Town," but that doesn't make any sense, in American English or English English. It's nonsense. It's should be the Ministry of Urban Planning and Public Works (or the Ministry of Regional Planning and Public Works, if someone in the GenCat were hung up on the idea that the "planning" was going on somewhere other than in cities ... but in English, these things are done "regionally," not territorially. I used to work at the analogous organization in the United States, GSA's Public Buildings Service ... on the Planning Staff. This is an area where I'm ... oddly in position to speak definitively about these things.
