Needs an update.[edit]

The hotel's changed hands at least once more since 2013 - it's now called the Graduate Hotel/Graduate Hotel Berkeley, and it's managed by Graduate Hotels, a chain of college town boutique hotels based in Chicago. Challenger l (talk) 23:29, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

How do they circumvent the one mile liquor law?[edit]

The bar in the hotel serves mixed drinks with hard liquor. This would appear to be a violation of the one mile liquor law that's been on the books for 150 years, albeit amended to now only apply to hard liquor. This topic deserves mention and explanation. That is an excellent question - and it's a mile and a half by road, so it would be affected, where the Claremont is not. Challenger l (talk) 01:35, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
