Station master Gt Longstone[edit]

Horace Gundry is the last listed station master in 1950. Having often stayed with grandparents who lived at North Lodge Thornbridge Hall during the mid 50's and spent many hours train spotting on the platforms through to the lines closure, my recollection is of Mrs Gundry, Horace's wife, being the station mistress, she told me off many times! I assume this was after his passing as I don't remember him.

Can this be confirmed by anyone else and added the the list of station masters please? Geoff Calladine (talk) 16:02, 26 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
