The first match took place in 1980 at the Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus.[["Ολυμπιακός: Σαν σήμερα το πρώτο Super Cup στην ιστορία του θεσμού | Novasports".]] Then and until 1994, matches were played at Olympic Stadium, while in 1996 and 2007 they were played at Karaiskakis Stadium.[["Cup Winners Cup - All-time league table"..--Μπου (talk) 18:41, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
