Photo Caption[edit]

Rather than constantly undoing edits, can we have some sort of constructive discussion about the merits of having (or not having) a caption on the photograph? Clearly MarkFD disagrees with the caption being there, whereas Jeff79 believes it should be there. Can we please call a halt to the edits until the matter has been resolved by discussion?
