Grievance (labour)Grievance – Clearly the primary topic for the term. There's also a lot of overlap too. I don't know where the current article at Grievance should go, though. wumbolo ^^^ 22:25, 20 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose - not primary. Grievance would be the perfect place to expand into a CONCEPTDAB though. -- Netoholic @ 23:39, 20 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Page views tend to indicate it is primary. The current article is little more than a WP:DICDEF (and even the wiktionary link was wrong) and can be safely overwritten (or would that need a PROD?). There are about seventy incoming links, but many need retargeting anyway. 62.165.227.102 (talk) 23:47, 20 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I've retargeted around 42 links in articles from grievance to grievance (labour) per MOS:SPECIFICLINK, when the context was clearly that use (especially as "filed a grievance"). I also retargeted a couple to grievance redressal, but there are 32 left where the meaning is more general (or a specific religious meaning). 62.165.227.102 (talk) 01:30, 21 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose I not convinced that this is the primary topic. Rreagan007 (talk) 19:43, 21 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - If there is no primary topic, then Grievance (disambiguation) should be moved over Grievance, per WP:DABPAGENAME. I see no value in keeping the current article. 62.165.227.102 (talk) 08:56, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Per WP:DABCONCEPT while the current article isn't great, it looks like the place where the labour term derives from and can be explained in. Crouch, Swale (talk) 19:00, 27 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The concept of a grievance is the same as the concept of a complaint, but that article isn't a WP:CONCEPTDAB. Should it redirect to Grievance? wumbolo ^^^ 19:09, 27 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Isn't a grievance in the context of labour a case where someone has a complaint but feels grievance about the situation, while the term "grievance" can be broader to refer to frustration, for example something that someone is frustrated about but clearly they can't file a complaint about, such as the weather. Crouch, Swale (talk) 19:13, 27 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Not the primary topic at all. The primary topic is simply something that causes grief. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:15, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
