This article is wrong, when people search "Guadalajara" they have to go to the disambiguation, not to "Guadalajara (Mexico)". Probably you only know the city of Guadalajara in Mexico, but in Spain we have the original city of Guadalajara. Guadalajara in Mexico was founded by a spanish that born in the spanish Guadalajara, that is the reason of his name.

First of all, crass profanity like te jode la realidad has no place on Wikipedia. Secondly, I don't think historical precedence is a good criterion to use to determine the order of entries on dab pages, nor is it commonly used: take a look at Boston (disambiguation) and Rochester, for instance. WP:MOSDAB tells us to "place the most-common meaning(s) at the top." Guadalajara, Jalisco, has a population 25 times greater than that of Guadalajara, Spain. But, even assuming that the massive difference in the size of these two cities were not enough to earn the capital of Jalisco the number-one position on the list, a neutral alphabetical ordering of the countries would still favour Jalisco. Ok, that it's a good idea, ordering the countries by other parametres, not for the history. Then, i think it's better ordering it for his elevation in a growing order. Spanish Guadalajara is in 660m, and the mexican in 1550m. I don't understand why don't you assume the history?
