I am intending to get a recipe for Gache Melee from my family, and include it on this page.

I've added in the pronunciation of gâche - it's in my Jersey accent (originally recorded for nrm:Gâche) so if any long furry Guernsey ears are offended, please change! Merci bian Man vyi 19:10, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
