Um, neo-renaissance? Isn't that redundant?

Well, more like the opposite of redundant. I'd call it more paradoxical. But point taken, it's a stupid neologism. wilhelm 04:48, 3 March 2006 (UTC)Burndownthedisco[reply]

"Loudest CD ever made"[edit]

Can we have a source for that? Discuss. It's pretty damn loud, but so are a lot of records. Who originally bestowed the title? wilhelm 04:42, 3 March 2006 (UTC)Burndownthedisco[reply]

It's obviously not. All CD's are digital and therefore have an absolute maximum level of -0dB regardless of the music. Almost all "noise music" (not punk style, but eletronic noise like Merzbow) stays at that level practially all the time. Rock, even "noise rock" is a lot lower in average level.

I've also heard that one of Guitar Wolf's CDs was the loudest CD ever made, but I don't remember where I heard it. Kaldari (talk) 07:42, 5 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ace of Spades[edit]

The list of cover versions says that Guitar Wolf has recorded Motörheads Ace of Spades. I am unable to find any confirmation of this anywhere. However, they did record Link Wray's song of the same title, as the list also states. Is it possible, that this is a mistake? Can anyone confirm, that Guitar Wolf recorded Motörhead's Ace of Spades? SkaryMonk (talk) 09:33, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It is not Ace of Spade by MH but by Link Wray. Wuttgenstein (talk) 14:52, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
