Current situation[edit]

Thanks for this article on a very interesting and historically relevant company. I'm currently working on a translation for German Wikipedia.

IMHO the description of the current company situation is incorrect. Apparently Guaytone did not shift production to Illinois. Instead they're apprently designing and marketing pedals in Japan, plus DeMont Guitars is acting as a representative for the USA. See http://guyatoneus.com/history.
