Suggestion for additional content[edit]

Add in a few sentences about the mermaid tail costume that first appeared in the 1987 Fringe parade. In 2021 it was featured in the Mitchell Art Gallery exhibition "Dress & Escapism: Performance of Identity through Drag and Burlesque Costume". Liz Nicholls mentions there are plans to donate their costumes to the Edmonton City Archives

I just added it to the article. I wasn't able to find Nicholls' article so I haven't added the part about donating the costumes. Thank you and feel free to suggest/make any changes to this addition. 23impartial (talk) 20:22, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
