Restoration of article[edit]

I've restored the article for the following reasons:

Deletion was based on a claim of nonnotability per a proposed guideline that violates longstanding consensus. Unless this guideline gets consensus down the road, it has no basis for authority, and this community should be treated as any other.
This proposal was used because there are virtually no sources that mention the community. I've added an in-depth source that is perhaps more significant than anything else already on the article. Another source would be DeLorme's Maryland/Delaware Atlas & Gazetteer, which has detailed maps of Gwinhurst and other parts of the nearby area; I don't own it myself, but I'm familiar enough with the series that I know that it will be helpful.
Participants in the deletion discussion referred to Gwinhurst as a neighborhood. It is not a neighborhood but a separate unincorporated community (see the GNIS reference), so this designation (which would reasonably lead to a redirect) is in error.

The source provided does not establish notability. Every neighborhood is listed as a "populated place", which does not make every neighborhood notable. Being listed in an atlas does not meet the standards for notability either. I'm relisting this article. Gwinhurst is absolutely a neighborhood. I grew up in it. I think I understand. Bad argument, but right conclusion. The Ardens, Bellefonte, Claymont, and Edgemoor are legitimate communities in the Brandywine Hundred, whether as incorporated villages/towns, or unincorporated census designated places (each with multiple neighborhoods/subdivisions/developments within them). Carrcroft and Gwinhurst, though long established places, have no other designation than "neighborhood", and shouldn't be thought of as distinct "communities" for the purposes of wikipedia. It's not your knowledge of Wikipedia's policies and practices that I'm calling into question, but your understanding of the geography of Brandywine Hundred. Gwinhurst is not just a neighborhood. It is incorporated, but only as a civic subdivision. Gwinhurst is a clearly defined community in New Castle County, Delaware with clearly definable borders that have been marked by certified surveyors. It is a subdivision of the County.
