Help appreciated.

The list of individual qualifiers for rhythmic gymnastics does not seem to be correct. The list seems to take into account the ranking from 4 apparatuses during European championships 2013. The qualification criteria (http://www.ueg.org/images/event/146/BEGOC%20Sport%20Qualification%20GY%20v2.0.pdf) specify best 3 apparatuses.

hello everyone, I'm searching on my computer to find information for the Dutch Wikipedia but I find two different information websites. At first Wikipedia. And second the European Games site. http://www.olympics.ie/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/BEGOC-Sport-Qualification-GY.pdf. Can someone tell my what is correct and can someone rewrite it. On the Olympic site they say: the best 10 from Europa can join. But on Wikipedia staying Bulgaria there by. And they haven't join the qualifications.
