Isn't this exactly wrong? "The only contact with Florida was the fact that Donner moved there, and was ruled as sufficient to support jurisdiction." The court found 5-4 that Florida did not have sufficient contacts with either the trust or the trustee to establish jurisdiction. Ahduth (talk) 19:30, 17 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
