Typo in date of Death?[edit]

Possible type ,as the text states that he represented the riding of Hastings East until 1943, althought the time lived states from 1896 to 1843??.

He has spoken in the official records that are in libraries, but well past 1843.

Reverting change to to date of death as 1943.
