I added a quotation that was lovely prose inter-mixed with "dem" and "dey". Based upon WP:Quote: "Trivial spelling or typographical errors that do not affect the intended meaning may be silently corrected." I went ahead and changed dem to them, etc. here. I created a note with the verbiage as it came from the source.
My feeling is that the spelling changes may have been deliberate to provide character. Any input is appreciated.–CaroleHenson (talk) 01:52, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
