Old vs. New Heat[edit]

This article is about the current Harrisburg Heat. The expansion team that was recently awarded in the Professional Arena Soccer League is not related to this team other than being named after them. Precedent already exists for two separate articles for current teams that are named after older defunct indoor soccer team. For example, see Tacoma Stars (MISL) and Tacoma Stars (PASL-PRO)/ Baltimore Blast (1980–1992) and Baltimore Blast (current)/ San Diego Sockers (1978–1996), San Diego Sockers (2001–2004), and San Diego Sockers (2009)/ Wichita Wings and Wichita Wings (2011), etc. I could list more articles that follow the same precedent. The Ottawa Senators got their own article even though there was an previous Ottawa Senators (original) franchise in the NHL until the 1930s. KitHutch (talk) 17:24, 3 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

PASL vs. PASL-PRO[edit]

I believe that the league changed its nickname to PASL. All references on the league's website are to PASL unless talking about the Premier Arena Soccer League were the references are PASL-Preimer. KitHutch (talk) 18:56, 15 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
