– Three issues here:

The 1993 UK TV series is insufficiently disambiguated from the 1987 U.S. series (note: a 2013 New Zealand TV series named Harry also exists, but currently does not have an article). Thus, in this case, "by country" disambiguation is the best solution. Harry (TV series) should be redirected to Harry#TV shows as per WP:INCDAB.
The 1987 U.S. TV series is better distinguished from the 1993 UK TV series with "by country" disambiguation, and should be moved.
The 2012 French game show is incorrectly named/disambiguated under WP:NCTV, and should be moved as proposed.

Note: Harry (talk show), the article on the 2016 American talk show, also exists, but both this and Harry (game show) are usually considered to be "distinguished enough" without the need for additional "by country" or "by year" disambiguation. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 18:08, 1 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
