From what I understand, the clitoral hood, clitoral frenulum, and labia minora all sort of blend into each other, so it sounds to me like there wouldn't really be an "anterior commisure of the labia minora". I'm pretty sure though it is accurate to say the labia minora have a POSTERIOR commisure. Gringo300 (talk) 22:27, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
