Unclear terms[edit]

There are at last two unclear or contradictory terms in this article. 'Public school' can have have totally opposite meanings, and it is not clear hether this school has become a state school since its merger, or vice versa. This school ~~does not publish a street address on its website~~. It is also not listed by Ofsted. Apart from its own website, and directory listings, there a reno substantial results from Google. The school is listed by ISC at ISC but this is little more than a directory entry; the school has not been inspected or assessed . It is evident from the school's website that this is an independent school of some substance. I have removed the "public school" sentence which as you say is misleading, and unnecessary because the introduction already says that it is an independent school. (Not strictly speaking the same thing as a public school in the special weird English sense of the term, in any case.)

The reference to being "joined by" The Bewdley School and Sixth Form Centre is very mysterious. What did the author mean by "joined by"? I think I will just delete that bit.Alarics (talk) 20:18, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

De facto notable[edit]

On the basis of its website this is clearly a real school and the rule of thumb is that secondary schools are de facto notable, so I would not support deleting the article. Alarics (talk) 20:18, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
