  • Mildly disagree - the prize had almost nothing to do with Rubinstein or her company (they just provided the relatively modest amounts of cash; Boanes did the organizing). The important thing is the caliber of artists it attracted and its curious evaporation from the collective memory. Why did it fold? Where are the canvases now? Moving the article would make its categories meaningless. To take the argument to its illogical conclusion, why not merge Archibald Prize with The Bulletin.
