numbering?[edit]

Is it correct to call him the "1st Baron" when he was actually the only one? I don't think there's properly a "first" until and unless there's a second as well. It was "Queen Elizabeth" and nothing more for over three centuries; only when there was an Elizabeth II did 'Elizabeth the only' become Elizabeth I. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 16:34, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
