Title[edit]

Paradox - alloy ?[edit]

High-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel is a type of alloy steel that

According EN standard 10020 they are mostly non alloyed steels. HSLA is rather widelly used jargon. It is really widelly used, so may be, one can meet this term in some officional standard, for example EN 10268 is using LA - low alloy as appendix for some steels name. Anyhow these steels according principially more important standard EN 10020 are unalloyed and term low alloyed is not defined.
