Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... it will allow for further information to be added on this topic and allow for improved readability of the chart in the High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) article. The H.264/MPEG-4_AVC#Levels chart has grown greatly since it was created and allowing a simpler chart in the HEVC article will allow for improved readability compared to a chart that includes resolutions such as 1280×1024, 3672×1536, and 4096×2304 which are the maximum level resolutions in H.264/MPEG-4 AVC. There are also other video standards with various maximum resolutions that HEVC will be compared to. This issue is also being discussed on the HEVC talk page. --GrandDrake (talk) 03:25, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
