As stated in the first paragraph of this page, Hilary Grist meets the requirements for notability (as appear on Wikipedia guidelines) for two reasons.
First, her music has been placed in six major televisions shows this year (one, Degrassi, is syndicated world wide, while another, Grimm, was the most watched show in the US the day it aired).
Second, Hilary Grist has an international following in Japan and South Korea (see Wikipedia page for Busan International Rock Festival).
