GA comments[edit]

Hi @AKS.9955:! Am not doing a GA review as such. But just did a copyedit and noticed some things that would require fixing.

Most of the references and mainly claims of notability are sourced to WP:PRIMARY sources which would require to be changed.
Have added few inline maintenance tags.
Legal problems that keep coming in newspapers now and then are all missing. Doesn't make it neutral.[1],[2]
Transformation Of Powai, a documentary by Nat Geo probably talks a lot about this area. (I haven't seen it. So please check if that requires mentioning.)
There are various things which require mentioning per "Broad in its coverage" clause of GA criteria when talking about a locality; like population, demographics, facilities - water supply source, drainage, waste management, electricity source, etc. Some obvious doubts come in mind like if the Hiranandani group does the maintenance work, where does it get money from? How is this deal worked out with the local governing body i.e. BMC in this case?

Thanks for the good work, your effort in promoting the article to GA status is commendable. There is no copyvio but I'm seeing a major issue with unsourced claims. I'm an extremely slow reviewer and passing will not come as a freebie but my aim is always to pass rather than fail; I would rather push to improve an article rather than simply fail the review.

Can you provide a RS to support the statement iranandani Gardens is not serviced by Mumbai Suburban Railway and by Mumbai Metro. Kanjurmarg railway station is the closest Mumbai Suburban railway station (4 kilometers North-East) whereas closest Mumbai Metro station is Saki Naka metro station (5 kilometers South-West). Jogeshwari–Vikhroli Link Road is the main arterial road serving the township from North and LBS marg serving the township from the South-side. Western and Eastern Express Highways are the main highways in proximity (8 kilometers West and 5 kilometers East respectively from Hiranandani Gardens). It has been three weeks since the review and no progress has been made on the issues raised. AKS.9955, do you plan to pursue this GA nomination? Wikicology, should this perhaps be put on hold with a set deadline for improvements to be at least started? Thanks. A quick read-through also found issues with prose clarity and grammar, a couple of "citation needed" templates that need to be addressed, and violations of WP:LEAD, one of the GA criteria: in particular, there are facts in the lead that do not appear in the body of the article, and they must to meet GA requirements. I actually didn't have any intention to set a deadline but considering the fact that AKS.9955 has not make effort to address any of the issues raised, it shows they are not ready. I took the liberty, based on your comments, of changing the status of the review from "onreview" to "onhold" on the article talk page to put this formally on hold; this has the advantage of causing the bot to post a message about the status change on the nominator's talk page. I wasn't sure whether you'd seen Dharmadhyaksha's comments on the talk page discussing various potential issues with the GA nomination; I hadn't noticed them myself until just now, when I changed the review status, and some of them seem to be significant points.
