Proposed merge with Courts of England and Wales[edit]

Content fork...the Courts of England and Wales do not run on their own...the judiciary of England and Wales are run by HM Courts and Tribunals Service of the Ministry of Justice, for the Secretary of State for Justice (technically a part of the executive).[1][2] -- 87.102.116.36 (talk) 09:23, 15 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • No; its worth its on article. The judiciary is not run by the Service, its just its administrative support. Creuzbourg (talk) 14:24, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • No, the history of the courts of E&W is a different topic from the executive agency that currently administers them. Nthep (talk) 14:40, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • No: the current administration of the Courts of England and Wales is separate from the courts that are currently in existence, and the history of those courts. Davidkinnen (talk) 22:28, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
