"History and Future of Justice" is a book with a truly innovative approach to the issue of justice. According to his publication, our entire historical progression is marked by the development of justice. A state of "perfect justice" will be reached at the "end of history". I have not read anything similar to this. Immanuel Kant did come up with a related idea, but he considered it to be our duty to accept the existence of God, the immortality of the soul and the development of our morality. The author of "History and Future of Justice" does not write about duty at all. He has an entirely different set of arguments for an idea that might only have Kantian origins, but that by no means is Kantian.

Hence, I think that this article deserves to be classified at least as "mid-important".
