Scope[edit]

As an FYI remember the scope is of anybody of ethnic Chinese ancestry, not just people from Mainland China. This means that people of the following places are also relevant:

Hong Kong
Macau
Republic of China area including Taiwan
Ethnic Chinese from Singapore and Malaysia
Ethnic Chinese from Vietnam (Viet Hoa), Cambodia, the Philippines, etc.

Therefore there's overlap with the Vietnamese in Houston article as that covers Kinh people and Viet Hoa.
