Good article?[edit]

Gaps[edit]

From a European perspective, the account of NATO's origins here is very incomplete in relation to the crucial period between 1950 and 1955. The political sensitivity of West German re-armament should be emphasised much more starkly. At the same time, the 1952 failure of the European Defence Community is not even mentioned.
