Fair use rationale for Image:Device - Hanging on a Heart Attack (12" sleeve).jpg[edit]

Image:Device - Hanging on a Heart Attack (12" sleeve).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Major Revision Reversion[edit]

The so-called valid reference was used to give Holly's last name as "Erlanger". However, the reference had nothing in it about her last name being anything other than "Knight". The rest of the changes seemed good. Why did the whole revision need to be reverted--and not just reverted but returned to something a few revisions in the past? The article could do with a good copyedit, but I've just removed the Erlanger name and the NYT reference before seeing this. The NYT article explicitly refers to her as her mother's daughter from a previous marriage, and calls her Holly Knight. I checked the Discogs reference and all it attests to is her birthplace. • Thank you Y. BTW, I came this close to blocking the user for the user name, but I'm not sure there's much point in following the letter here. I wish you were an admin and could make these decisions for me; you're much better at it anyway. Drmies (talk) 00:13, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, but as so often you flatter me too much. I misread the history and told the editor off at her talk page for something she didn't do, and I really hope she comes here to share updates and above all sources with us. The article is thinly sourced, especially since I zapped that NYT name-check. Yngvadottir (talk) 16:53, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The remainder of the revert was undone with an edit summary that the changes had been an improvement. Disagreeing, I have now copyedited the article (both versions needed it, especially the changed one) and reincorporated things teh rewrite threw out without justification, such as the solo album and the photo. The article is still in dire need of references, although I note that the new version has added one. Yngvadottir (talk) 20:59, 21 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Date of Birth and Age[edit]

Date of birth is apparently September 24, 1956, she turned 62 in 2018. https://www.aikenstandard.com/today-in-history-for-sept/article_3aa69898-bdfa-11e8-b504-1343da5934b5.html This is corroborated by several other "On This Day" pages for various years in various newspapers. I'll let a true editor add it, since it is not readily available. MahlerFan (talk) 05:12, 5 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
