Homegrown Concept[edit]

I think this league is still in its infancy stage with the requirement of only 3 players who are actually "homegrown". Ideally, i think it should be at least 5 or 6 players should be homegrown as this already translates that the nucleus of the team is actually "homegrown" talent.
